The Institute is planning supervised workshops that allow appropriately qualified participants to practice defined skills, receive feedback, and connect techniques to evidence and professional responsibility.
WORKSHOP STATUS
No hands-on workshop is currently open.
Skills, prerequisites, faculty, dates, locations, equipment, safety requirements, participant capacity, fees, and any completion credential will be published only after confirmation. Workshops are educational activities—not patient treatment events.
PURPOSE
Move from explanation to supervised application.
Future workshops may support learning in measurement, research methods, professional communication, accessible education design, movement and function assessment, health-science demonstrations, or other mission-aligned topics. Activities will be matched to participant roles and lawful scope.
Every workshop will define what is being taught, what is not being taught, who may participate, and whether practice involves simulation, equipment, peer activity, or another controlled learning method.
WORKSHOP DESIGN

Demonstration
Qualified faculty model the defined skill and explain evidence, limitations, and common errors.
Supervised practice
Appropriate faculty-to-participant ratios, feedback, and equipment or simulation safeguards.
Completion
Documented participation or assessment criteria without overstating competence or authorization.

SCOPE & COMPLETION
A workshop does not expand a participant’s legal role.
Completion will not be represented as permission to diagnose, treat, prescribe, operate outside a license, or perform an activity without required supervision. If a workshop uses competency assessment, the assessed skill, criteria, conditions, and limits will be stated.
No patient-specific information should be shared unless a confirmed activity has an approved, lawful process for privacy and consent. Human-subject research is separate and requires appropriate ethical review.
